At Medusa Hair Extensions, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unworn hair extensions. To maintain hygiene standards, the security seals must remain intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your hair extensions are in their original packaging with the security gold ties and seals unbroken, as we cannot accept returns for hair that has been handled or worn.
- 2.Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original box and ship them to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
